In this beautiful month of June 2018, I am delighted to share with you some thoughts and new opportunities I have planned out for all our readers out there.  The main topic of interest this month is on strategies in getting rid of problems and living a stress-free life.

My Motivation

I am inspired always to bring the best out of this world. I believe that once we understand ourselves better and realise how we are currently projecting ourselves to the world, it will open up a whole new opportunities for everyone to be the best version of themselves that they have always dreamed of.

No matter which role you take in your everyday life, it is important to establish positive habits and making sure that you are striving towards the right path.

Certainly, such habits are hardwired in the work environment that we are involved in, more so in the corporate scenario than anywhere else. The question is really, if you extrapolate such habits into your personal lives, what do you do daily/weekly/monthly to measure yourself, weather you are still on the right personal track or not?

One of the effective tool I use in my daily life is the PDCA Method. This methodology helps me to stay in touch with what is important and finding resolutions thereafter.

 

The PDCA Method (Plan-Do-Check Action/Adjust)

*PDCA, sometimes called the “Deming Wheel,” “Deming Cycle,” or PDSA was developed by renowned management consultant Dr William Edwards Deming in the 1950s.   • Plan: What is the situation/issue in hand? What causes it? What should I do to overcome this?
  • Do: Test/Try the potential solution, review the results/responsiveness to the issue in hand.
  • Check/Study: Measure the effectiveness of my actions or thought. Develop measurement criteria (I check in with my happiness scale)
  • Act/Adjust: if the solution was successful, implement a new habit and keep adjusting and improvising it until I find the best feasible method for me.

I am stuck right now and I don’t know what my next steps are.

Don’t worry, you are not alone. When you are stuck and don’t know how to move on, it is a good indicator that whatever that have been happening in the past, is not working anymore for you. You might have consciously or subconsciously gained some knowledge or experiences in the recent past, that is contradicting with your existing habits. YOU NEED A CHANGE!

 

Leaving things as it is and staying in ‘stuck’ mode can contribute to stress and other medical conditions. It is very important to know that you can come out of any situation you are in right now, if you are ready to make some changes in your life.

Coping with Stress

In addition to ‘Get Unstuck’ Free online webinar, I would like to introduce a second free webinar topic that will be held on 18th of June this month.

 

Statistics says that 17% from all sick leaves in Germany are due to various psychological issues. (Quelle: DAK Gesundheitsreport 2017)
